GENERAL

You must be 18 years of age to place an order, minors must have permission in writing from a parent / legal guardian. 

We aim to present the most recent accurate and reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be instances of incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee that a photograph depicts the product perfectly. We apologize for any inconvenience these errors may incur & we reserve the right to amend or update product information at any time, without prior notice. L’HOMME ROUGE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on merchandise listed at the incorrect price. 

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you by e-mail shortly after placing your order.


PRICES

All prices include 25% VAT (Swedish tax). Prices shown in other currencies than SEK are only indicative prices and vary with the Swedish krona exchange rate

SHIPPING RATES

We offer world wide shipping. If you cannot finalize your order in your country, please send us an email to customer@lhommerouge.com

Sweden: Free shipping

EU + EFTA: €10 (Free shipping on orders above €200)

REST OF WORLD: €30 (Free shipping on orders above €300)

We ship all orders outside Sweden with UPS (EU: Access Point, Outside EU: Standard, Express Saver or Expedited depending on territory) and DHL Service Point for all orders in Sweden.

 

Shipping costs are based on package weight and destination.


Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped. 


DELIVERY TIME

Swedish orders 1-3 working days 
International orders 2-8 working days



ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order, when your item has been shipped.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to exchange or return an item (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and perfect condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt. 

When returning or exchanging items you will have to pay all shipping costs. Original shipping cost or the return shipping cost will be repayed.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so the item(s) won't be damaged during transport.

We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by L’HOMME ROUGE.

Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we have received the returned products.



How to return an item:

1. Always contact us at customer@lhommerouge.com before returning an item. 

2. Fill out the return form that comes in the package.

3. Send the item back together with the return form to the address below.

4. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit the account you assigned in the return form.


How to exchange an item:

1. Always contact us returns@LHOMMEROUGE.com if you want to exchange an item. This is to make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't you risk that the item you want is sold out before we can register the exchange. Please have your order number ready when calling or emailing us.

2. Fill out the return form that comes in the package.

3. Send the item back together with the return form to the address below.

4. When we have received the item and approved the return we will send you the new item. 
If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account stated on the return form. 
If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference by credit card. 


SALE PRICES 

Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to know if and when something will go on sale. If an item is on sale after you have purchased it, we are unable to refund the difference. 



FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty you may return the item free of charge. Contact us by email within 14 days after receiving the item. If the item is faulty or if we have shipped an incorrect item we will send you a new item free of charge. If the replacement item is sold out or unavailable we will issue a full refund.



DAMAGED GOODS

All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us. 



FORCE MAJEURE

If L’HOMME ROUGE fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then L’HOMME ROUGE can not be held responsible.
