You must be 18 years of age to place an order, minors must have permission in writing from a parent / legal guardian.
We aim to present the most recent accurate and reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be instances of incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee that a photograph depicts the product perfectly. We apologize for any inconvenience these errors may incur & we reserve the right to amend or update product information at any time, without prior notice. L’HOMME ROUGE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on merchandise listed at the incorrect price.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
All prices include 25% VAT (Swedish tax).
Purchases outside EU grants a 20% VAT discount at check out. VAT and customs will be charged according to the country of destination at delivery.

Betala inom 14 dagar: Betalningstid är 14 dagar från avsändandet av varorna. Villkoren för betala inom 14 dagar finner du nedan.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order and when your item has been shipped.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to exchange or return an item (for a full refund) within 30 days of receiving them. The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt.
With the shipment you will receive a return form
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so the item(s) won't be damaged during transport.
Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by L’HOMME ROUGE.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we have received the returned products.

4. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit the account/card you used when placing the order.
How to exchange an item:
1. Before sending the product back fill out the digital exchange form here. This is to make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't, you risk that the item you want is sold out before we can register the exchange.
2. Receive the automated request of exchange confirmation via email
3. Send the item back to the address below.

4. When we have received the item and approved the return we will send you the new item.
If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account stated on the return form.
If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference by credit card.
Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to know if and when something will go on sale. If an item is on sale after you have purchased it, we are unable to refund the difference.
If an item is faulty you may return the item free of charge. Contact us by email within 14 days after receiving the item. If the item is faulty or if we have shipped an incorrect item we will send you a new item free of charge. If the replacement item is sold out or unavailable we will issue a full refund.
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us.
If L’HOMME ROUGE fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then L’HOMME ROUGE can not be held responsible.
What personal data do we collect and why?
We collect personal data from you when you contact us for customer service, place an order, sign up for our newsletter or browse lhommerouge.com. The data we collect depends on what information you provide us with, but the reason we handle your personal data is to provide you with a good experience with us and to deliver what you have ordered.
